Volunteers Needed!

Share your gifts!  Join a ministry!  Your special talents are needed at St. Rose to serve others and build our Catholic community.  Each ministry listed on the website (go to the Homepage and on the right, click on "Parish Ministries") or in your weekly parish bulletin needs volunteers, so whatever your skills or time availability, you can find a way to help.  For more information on any of the ministries, contact the ministry leader listed or phone the parish office at
851-1874.   If you would like to start a ministry to fill an unaddressed need, contact Anne-Louise Bennett at
annelouise@strosereno.com or 851-1874.

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.”  (1 Pt.4:10)

A SPECIAL CALLING.....................

St. Rose is in need of a chairperson for our Homebound Ministry and volunteer ministers to bring the Eucharist to homebound parishioners.

As Catholics we are told that the Eucharist is the "source and summit of Christian life", and many books have been written about the miracles of the Eucharist.

Has God given you the gifts of caring for the sick, consoling the lonely and anxious, and being a good listener to our brothers and sisters?

To become a Homebound Minister you will need to attend a short instruction that will allow you to be commissioned by the Bishop to administer the Eucharist.

This is a very special calling and we ask that in your prayers you ask God if you are to be a special minister the represents Christ and manifests faith and charity on behalf of the whole parish community.

Please contact Kathy at the Parish Office --851-1874-- if you are interested in joining this wonderful ministry.

Gary Williams, scheduler for the Proclaimers and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, would like to retire.  If you are interested in assisting in the Liturgy scheduling,  please contact Bud or Mary Lou Flocchini, Chairs of the Liturgy Committee at 851-1874.  Gary will be more than happy to help in the transition.

Ushers needed!  Please contact Troy Brown at 851-4043 or ushertroy@charter.net
