Please check with Cheryl for availability, 850-2530. Most repeated events can be automatically confirmed at the time of your request. If you have a new type of an event that you would like to book, it may take a few days to reply back.
If possible, please have an alternate date in case your first request is not available.
Opening/Closing: Please do not depend on the office staff to open and close the church for your event. Contact someone within your organization/ministry that has access to the premises before you book your event.
Set Up/Take Down: It is the responsibility of the organization/ministry to set up/take down the tables/chairs if used. Please wash down the tables and chairs of any substance. The staff at St. Rose will not be able to assist as they are busy with their own duties that must be completed before the end of each day.
Classrooms: If you need a separate room in Caramella Hall, please call the church office and maintenance will set the walls up. Do not attempt to set the walls up or take them down. They are placed in the storage room in a particular order and can be easily installed/uninstalled incorrectly.
Kitchen: After your event, please leave the kitchen the way you found it. If dishes, utensils, pots and/or pans, coffee pots, etc. have been used, please wash and put away. Do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher as sometimes they aren't discovered until the next event.
